
If you choose not to sync at this time, you can turn on calendar and contact syncing later in Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Account, tap on your account.
The device offers to immediately sync with the Exchange server. Username: type in the full email address or Activesync username (either one should work). If it's on iOS 11 or lower, leave it blank. Domain: if your iPhone is on iOS 12 or higher, type in your Exchange domain as it's displayed on the ActiveSync page. Please log into your HostPilot to get correct settings under Services > Mailboxes > Mobile > ActiveSync page or in My Services > ActiveSync. Important: to protect your account information, we cannot publish your Server names in the public Knowledge Base. Server name: your Exchange Proxy server name. If the server address can’t be determined, you will be asked to enter it. The device will try to configure the Exchange server address automatically. Enter the full email address in the Email field and your mailbox password in the Password field, then tap Next. On the Add Account screen, tap Microsoft Exchange. Adding an Exchange account on the iOS device: You will need to select Configure Manually when prompted. Note: starting from iOS 11 devices do not support automatic setup for Hosted Exchange mailboxes. Add the Exchange account on your iPhone, following the instructions below.
The correct account information can be found by administrators in HostPilot® Control Panel under Services > Mailboxes > Mobile > ActiveSync or by users in My Services > ActiveSync.
